Panart's model kit creates the bow section of Nelson’s famous flagship at the battle of Trafalgar. All decks are fully fitted to accurately replicate the construction and type of equipment in use at that time.
The Panart kit features the following: A double plank on frame hull construction, building plans with general details, English instructions, lost wax brass castings walnut or lime planking, wooden masts and spars, brass and walnut fittings, copper plates for cladding the hull, rigging cord and silk flag. All sheet ply sections are laser cut for accuracy.

The Mantua Model group of Italy is one of the largest model manufacturers in the world. Mantua Model manufacture all types of boat, ship, aircraft and car kits, and are renowned for their wooden model ship kits. Mantua Model manufacture three brands of model boat kits: Mantua, Panart and Sergal.
Panart kits are a brand from Mantua Models. The range includes not only period ships, but more modern vessels and also a selection of open ship boats. The models themselves are superb quality and certainly rate amongst the best within their class. All of the main ply sections, frames keel etc. are laser cut to ensure accuracy. The hulls are double planked with pre-cut keels and frames. Hull planking usually consists of walnut and balsa or lime. The fittings supplied are made from various materials, including brass, walnut, boxwood. The decoration can be either laser engraved wood, cast metal and/or photoetched brass. The castings are formed using the lost wax process to ensure a very detailed finish. Comprehensive plan sheets and build instructions are included.
