The finished sail sets are carefully sewn and bordered on the edge. At the corners they are provided with longer pieces of linen for attachment.
The sails can simply be ironed in shape and also be brought by appropriate stretching and ironing to the desired level. To age the substance, highly diluted black tea is recommended.
Blocks, rings and whip yarn for rigging the sails are neither included in the kit, nor in the sail set and must be purchased.
