Mamoli Blue Shadow
The brig Blue Shadow was built in 1778 for the America Navy. Equipped with 12 guns, it is characterized by the very high masting and by the amount of sails, in addition to the classic one, formed by the studding-sail and by the top-gallant studding-sail, both on the main and on the fore mast.
The Mamoli Blue Shadow kit features the following:
A Double planked hull construction using Lime and Walnut strips, pre cut frames and keel, deck planked in tanganyika, fittings made from brass, walnut, boxwood, and beech, wooden masts and spars, brass cannon barrels, rigging cord and silk flags. Full size plan sheets and a multi language instruction manual.
