The F / A-18 Super Hornet has replaced the legendary F-14 in the US Navy as a carrier-based fighter aircraft. Like the Tomcat the "F" model has a two-seater cockpit in which a weapons system officer sits behind the pilot and is responsible for the tactical use of the on-board electronics, weapons and navigation systems.
