The Viper Tempo11 is a forwards and brake, brushed speed control designed specifically for use in RC model cars.
It has a 11 turn motor limit, what this means is that you can use any, DC brushed 540 motor, or smaller, as long as the number of turns on that motor are 15 or more. For example, a 10 turn motor is not appropriate but a 35 turn motor would be.
The Tempo11 is the perfect speed controller for anybody wanting to either upgrade their old speed controller for a no nonsense 15 turn forwards and brake only electronic speed control or for anybody who uses scale model RC cars for fun and doesn't require the reverse function. A lot of model car clubs will not allow the reverse feature as it can cause accidents by reversing from a crash back into oncoming race traffic, making the Tempo15 an ideal choice.
