Its original function as a vessel of war having been abandoned, the last galleys survived until the second half of the 18th century as status symbols.
Our model is a scale 1:60 reproduction of a sumptuous galley of the time of Louis XIV. The original documentation used for the reconstruction is kept in a famous French museum.
