The Dragon Yacht is one of the most famous fixed keel yachts in the International Classes. A monotype Regatta sailboat is subject to strict design rules that establish the shape, weight, dimensions, and sail area in order to compete The intention of the design rules is to ensure as identical a performance as possible. The original Dragon was designed by Johan Anker in 1929. Corel's 1:25 scale model is an accurate replica of this modern sailing yacht. The kit includes die-cut keel, bulkheads, and deck. Limewood, Beech, and Walnut for hull, planking, and masts. Brass photo-etched fittings for masthead. Brass deck fittings include the winch, barrels, & boom. Dacron sailcloth and 5 sheets of plans and instruction book.
