British 4in/45 (10.2 cm) QF HA Marks XVI barrels (14 pcs). Used in almost every UK (and other) warship of WWII. It was used in Hood, Rodney, HMS Warspite and other British battleships, County class heavy cruisers, other cruiser and destroyer classes (e.g. Polish destroyer Blyskawica).
